JOINT RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SHARING OF FUNDING BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY AND THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF SAN JOSE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC TOILET AT THE BARANGAY PLAZA.

WHEREAS; the frequent use of the Barangay Covered Court and the Barangay Multi-Purpose Hall by borrowers almost everyday has grown in numbers.

            WHEREAS; the demand to construct a Public Toilet to serve the comforting needs of these users is rationale.

            WHEREAS; to also avoid the further deprecation of the comfort room at the Multi-Purpose Hall

            WHEREAS; both councils, the Sangguniang Barangay and the Sangguniang Kabataan of San Jose has expressed their resolve to construct a Public Toilet at the Barangay Plaza.

            WHEREAS; both councils stipulated that the cost of funding as reflected in the Program of Work, will be shared equally from the General Fund of the Barangay and the SK Fund.

            WHEREAS; the Committee on Ways and Means and the Barangay Treasurer have ascertained the availability of fund

            WHEREAS; after careful deliberations on the merits of this undertaking, both the Sangguniang Barangay and the Sangguniang Kabataan of San Jose have jointly and unanimously passed this resolution to immediately construct a Public Toilet at the Barangay Plaza by co-funding the cost.

            AND NOW THEREFORE, upon motion by Kagawad Elmer Manalaotao and duly seconded by SK Chairwoman Mona Laiza Garcia.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the construction of Public Toilet at the SAN JOSE BARANGAY PLAZA be funded equally and be accomplished immediately.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be sent to the office of the DILG for their information and concern.
