RESOLUTION APPROVING AND CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENTS OF JESUSA N. ROMERO AND RUTH M. UGAY TO THE POSITIONS OF BARANGAY HEALTH WORKERS OF BARANGAY SAN JOSE.

 

Whereas, the need for additional Barangay Health Workers for San Jose is exigent and necessity.

 

Whereas, the Health Center – San Jose Unit has requested for the augmentation of its staff due to lack of personnel and voluminous patients attendance.

 

Whereas, JESUSA N. ROMERO and RUTH M. UGAY are qualified and fit for the job.

 

Whereas, after careful deliberations, the Sangguniang Barangay of San Jose unanimously approved and concurred the appointments of both JESUSA N. ROMERO and RUTH M. UGAY.

 

            And now therefore, upon motion by Kagawad ELMER R. MANALAOTAO and duly seconded by Kagawad RONALD P. SANGALANG;

 

            Resolved As It Is Hereby Resolved; that the appointment of JESUSA N. ROMERO and RUTH . UGAY As Barangay Health Workers of San Jose is unanimously approved and concurred by this Body.

 

            Resolved further, that copies of this resolution be sent to the Office of the DILG and other concerned agencies for their information and advise.

 

            Unanimously Passed this 02^nd day of November, year 2008 at the San Jose Multi-Purpose Hall.
